Welcome to Invincimail Email Protection Service. These Terms govern your subscription and use of our email protection tools.

1. Subscription and Billing: By selecting the Platinum Package (Monthly or Yearly), you agree to pay the stated fees per protected account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You must provide accurate billing and contact email information.

2. Free Trial: The 30-day free trial converts automatically to the selected paid plan unless you cancel before the trial period ends. A reminder email will be sent prior to conversion.

3. Protected Accounts: The service is billed per protected Gmail Workspace or Microsoft Business account added. You are responsible for ensuring the email accounts listed are correct and authorized.

4. Intellectual Property: All software, designs, and content provided by Invincimail remain our exclusive property. Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the services.

5. Limitation of Liability: We strive for 100% protection, but we do not guarantee the interception of all malicious content. Our liability for any service failure is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.

6. Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

7. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the contact email provided.

Add Protected Accounts

Platinum protects Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 Business mailboxes only. Personal Gmail (@gmail.com) and consumer Outlook.com / Hotmail / Live mailboxes are not supported — the encryption relay requires a managed business tenant.

Select the mail platform for each account. This determines how Invincimail routes its outbound mail — choosing the wrong one will stop encryption working for that account.
