What happens to my protected emails after I cancel?
Your protection remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that date, email filtering, threat detection, and encryption features will be deactivated. Your stored dashboard history is retained for 30 days.
Can I reactivate my subscription after canceling?
Yes. You can reactivate your plan at any time by visiting the Plans & Pricing page and purchasing again. Your account history will be restored if reactivated within 30 days of cancellation.
Am I eligible for a refund after the 60-day window?
Refunds outside the 60-day guarantee period are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Eligibility depends on the circumstances and time since purchase. Please contact our support team to discuss your situation.
Will my data be deleted when I cancel?
Your email filter history, threat logs, and encryption receipts are retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted. If you wish to export your data before canceling, contact Customer Support.
I was charged after my free trial β can I get a refund?
Yes. Charges made in error at the end of a free trial period are fully refundable within 60 days. Submit a refund request above with "Accidental Purchase" as the reason and our team will process it promptly.
How do I pause instead of cancel?
Pausing subscriptions is currently managed through our support team. Contact Customer Support and we can place a hold on your billing for up to 90 days while retaining your account data.
