Invincimail sits alongside your Workspace or M365 account and scans every incoming email in real time for spam, phishing, and AI generated features. It analyses the message body and email sender metadata as well as any attachments, then assigns each email a risk score using our algorithm trained on numerous email datasets. High-risk emails can be automatically transferred to the trash folder, and every action is logged in your personal dashboard.

Each email goes through three checks: body-text models that detect phishing and social-engineering language along with casual spam signals and AI-generation artifacts, metadata checks that inspect the sender, headers, and domain reputation, and attachment scanning (platinum only). Every email lands in your dashboard with a clear risk rating (safe, medium, high) so you always know why a decision was made. AI percentage for the email body and attachments are shown independent of risk score.

On the Platinum plan, image attachments are run through a dedicated machine-learning scanner trained to tell genuine photos apart from AI-generated and deepfake images. It detects generation artifacts invisible to the human eye and cross-checks metadata signatures left by tools like Midjourney, DALL-E, and Stable Diffusion. If an attachment is likely synthetic, the email's risk score increases.

Platinum protectors get bank-standard AES-256 end-to-end encryption on outgoing emails. The contents are encrypted with a random secret key before they leave your device and can only be read by the intended recipient. Nobody in between can read them, not even us. This is because the recipient of your email is the only entity with the secret key required to read your email contents. To anyone else trying to view your email externally, it would appear as a combination of random numbers, letters and symbols which are unreadable, like seeing an unfamiliar language in a book for the first time. You can toggle encryption on or off as needed, and every encrypted send appears in your dashboard's 'Encryption Receipts' with its status and expiry date. You can also enable encrypted replies which is useful if you expect personal or private company information to return in an email reply.

Gold ($15 AUD/month) is built for basic protection: AI text, spam and phishing body detection, and metadata analysis on a single Workspace or M365 account. Platinum (starts at $35 AUD/month) is built for more advanced protection with extra features, and useful for medium-sized businesses who want to protect numerous inboxes. It adds the ML scanner for AI-generated attachments and end-to-end encryption for outgoing mail, and supports up to 50 accounts.

By default, emails flagged as high risk are automatically trashed before they reach you. This is fully adjustable. From your dashboard settings you can choose for them to land in your normal inbox or trash section, and every action is recorded in your Actions Taken log so you can see exactly what happened.
