Each email is passed through several layers of analysis: body-text models that detect phishing and social-engineering language, metadata checks that inspect the sender, headers, and domain reputation, and attachment scanning. Every email lands in your dashboard with a clear risk rating — Safe, Medium, or High — so you always know why a decision was made.

On the Platinum plan, image attachments are run through a dedicated machine-learning scanner trained to tell genuine photos apart from AI-generated and deepfake images. It looks for the subtle generation artefacts that the human eye misses and combines that with a metadata signature check (for tell-tale tags left by tools like Midjourney, DALL-E, or Stable Diffusion). By default, emails flagged as high risk are automatically deleted so they never reach you — but this is fully flexible. From your dashboard settings you can choose to quarantine, label, or simply flag them instead, and every action taken is recorded in your Actions Taken log for full transparency.
